Use of this website

The information on this website (including examples of our roofing work, GRP fibreglass and felt flat roofing services, and indicative pricing) is provided for general guidance. It does not constitute a binding quotation. Photographs are illustrative of the type of work we undertake.

Quotations and agreements

Nothing on this website forms a contract. Work is agreed only when we have inspected your roof and provided a written quotation which you have accepted. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and may vary with the condition, size and access of your roof.

Our work

We carry out roof repairs, flat roofing (GRP fibreglass and felt), roof replacements, fascias, soffits, guttering and general construction across Romford and the surrounding Essex area. Workmanship is guaranteed as agreed in your written quotation. Our guarantees do not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or fair wear and tear.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
